Superb Emerging Art Facilities

It was a privilege the other week to be able to visit the building works currently taking place to further develop our Art Department at BMS. Our students do deserve the very best facilities and we are really pleased that, with the continued expansion of our school as it becomes an increasingly popular school of choice year on year, it has been possible to expand and develop our facilities for Art.

The amazing artistic talent that our artistic students demonstrate through their work on display throughout the school is inspiring and we are delighted that the major extension to the current art rooms will feature a double height art gallery space, as well as a large teaching studio and breakout space for sixth form artists. The new developments will also coincide with the provision of a state of the art MAC Media Suite planned in room C4 for September.

The photos of the building works in progress hopefully show the potential of the plans that will hopefully be completed during the summer term.
