I started working at BMS in 2014 and have seen nearly all the departments in the school get refurbished over the years. The end of the last term and over the summer was the turn of the Art department.
We were so excited! Despite the difficulties and logistics of moving classes and equipment from room to room the finished effect is fantastic. We have new floors and white walls throughout.
New furniture and surfaces. It makes our fantastic student artwork really stand out and makes the rooms feel bigger and brighter. We have four dedicated Art rooms, a Sixth form study space (with overflow), a Mac room with arts and media-related software, and our fantastic Gallery to showcase the best that BMS Art has to offer.
