It was fantastic to hear from Miss Lister, our superb Subject Leader of Sociology and Psychology, on Friday morning last week as she shared how effectively she uses the Mega Seating Plan software package to ensure that all students are positioned in her classrooms to really maximise their achievement.All available student related data is added to the system which then creates the perfect seating plan for any size or shaped classroom.
It is another example of those small but important strategies we are employing at Bushey Meads to ensure that every student has the best opportunity to progress throughout their learning journey at the school.
