Calling all Year 9 students studying French!
You will all have the opportunity to attend a five-day trip to France in June to discover the culture of this country and practise your French as much as you can!
While lodging at the castle ‘Chateau de Grande Romaine’ located near Paris, we will have the chance to experience a variety of activities to give you a taste of the French culture, history and lifestyle.
That includes a day in Paris to visit all the famous landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower or Montmartre, with a boat tour on the Seine.
We will also spend a fun day at the popular theme park, ‘Parc Astérix’, which is entirely based on a beloved French comic book with a variety of rides, including some for those with a love for thrills!
Finally, we will have the opportunity to visit the castle of Fontainebleau, which is the palace where Napoleon resided, practise your French at a local market, and learn how products like cheese and chocolate are made through a visit to their factories.
Make sure to sign up for the trip before the 30th of September as places are limited!
