Our two new Deputy Headteachers have now completed their first month at Bushey Meads School. Mr Beswick and Ms de Groot are both Maths teachers and bring their considerable experience to that Faculty. Ms de Groot says that she has been really impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff and students at Bushey Meads have been. She will be working closely with our Pastoral and Safeguarding teams, as well as leading on the More Able agenda and Attendance. Mr Beswick has noted the fantastic attitude the students have returned from the holidays with, they are working hard in lessons with excellent uniform and equipment. He will be working closely with the curriculum leaders to drive teaching and learning within the School.
