DEAR Moment at BMS!

Ensuring our high profile focus on the importance of inculcating excellence habits of reading in all our students continued this week with our first DEAR (Drop Everything and Read) Moment of the academic year.

It was great to see students stop their planned learning in lessons and quietly read for 15 minutes at 12.45 pm on Wednesday in the Learning Hub. This was replicated across the school in all year groups.

Here a a few images of students engrossed in their books and kindles and some lovely and varied book titles for you to see.
