Creativity shone through in the last Friday Faculty Focus in Staff Briefing held just before the recent May half term. Head of Faculty for Performing and Visual Arts, Mr Knowles shared with all staff his creative approach to ensuring all students in his Charcater Deevlopment Group engage in collecting as many reward points as possible throughout the week by linking their achievements and success with recent sporting events. This approach tapped into the genuine interests across the group and created a sense of team spirit and increased movitivation to succeed in school across all subject areas.
His presentation reminded staff of the importance of our daily Character Development Time and the sense of family created within our school by our hard working Character Develeopment Coaches.
