Come Dine With Me 2024
On Wednesday, September 25th, Bushey Meads School proudly hosted its annual ‘Come Dine With Me’ event.
This special occasion provides Year 7 parents with the chance to enjoy lunch in the school restaurant alongside their children, allowing them to experience the quality and variety of our culinary offerings. The event began with a tour of the school, where parents visited various Year 7 classes to observe our dedicated students engaged in their work.
This year, we witnessed the highest participation rate ever, with around 90 parents attending. The children thoroughly enjoyed their time dining and conversing with their parents during lunch. Feedback from parents was overwhelmingly positive, with one remarking, “I wish we had food this good when I was at school. Can we have this event every day?”
We are grateful for the support from our community and our new Year 7 parents. We eagerly anticipate welcoming everyone back for our ‘Year 7 Curriculum Celebration Evening’ on October 24th.
