Jessica 12 Elm – Jessica’s kind nature to always support students. Jessica is part of the Year 12 peer mentoring program where she sits with students from KS3 to support them with their literacy levels and also provides support, advice and guidance on behavior, attendance and ATL in lessons to KS3 students. Jessica’s ability to complete the program and still maintain her focus in her own lessons where she is working outstandly in her independent study periods, really demonstrates Jessica’s determination to be an outstanding student and role model at Bushey Meads.
