Confident Student Ambassadors
As part of Flair Week last week it was great to see Student Ambassadors really stepping up in their roles to welcome senior leaders to their classrooms, introduce themselves and their leadership responsibilities in the school, and then explain about the learning taking place in the lesson.
Things like this develop confidence and role-model positive relationships between staff and students, Sriman in Technology and Olivia in Maths were superb and explained about the work, told me what they had learned and even showed me some excellent work in their books.
