In order to finish this award, students had to complete a number of general library skills activities then a different task for each of four books. Tasks included reviews, alternative covers, quizzes, letters to authors, comic storyboards and preparing a talk on a book.
This period of ‘staying at home’ is a great opportunity to read new books or revisit some old favourites and revel in the comfort of the familiar. It is wonderful to see students using this time to read a wide range of books and I look forward to receiving more Bronze booklets to see what students have been enjoying.
