Bronze Reading Award Success

Congratulations to the following students who have completed their Bronze Reading Award:

Sharly Harris, 7 Ash

Matthew Kram, 7 Sycamore

Emma Lujkaj, 7 Oak

Gracie Michaelson, 7 Sycamore

Charlotte Boother-Dominguez, 8 Sycamore

Husain Cherawalla, 8 Willow

Trishan Chudasma, 8 Elm

Max Elvins, 8 Willow

Shiv Galaiya, 8 Willow

Evan Luxton, 8 Beech

Tishanth Manoharan, 8 Sycamore

Sanvi Patel, 8 Elm

Monet Silvain, 8 Oak

In order to finish this award, students had to complete a number of general library skills activities then a different task for each of four books.  Tasks included reviews, alternative covers, quizzes, letters to authors, comic storyboards and preparing a talk on a book.

This period of ‘staying at home’ is a great opportunity to read new books or revisit some old favourites and revel in the comfort of the familiar. It is wonderful to see students using this time to read a wide range of books and I look forward to receiving more Bronze booklets to see what students have been enjoying.
