I would like to congratulate all the amazingly talented students who entered our Annual House Arts Event last week and provided such a fabulous evening of art, poetry, photography, drama, music and dance. It was great to see so many students, staff and parents and carers attend the event and enjoy seeing the incredible talent on show.

Some students submitted some high quality recordings of their performances and others took up the challenge of performing live on stage – some reading their own poetry to the appreciative audience which was brilliant.

Other students demonstrated their incredible creativity by writing and performing their own songs – specially linked to the theme of this year’s competition Teamwork and the initial performance by Ma’Kayjah was particularly poignant.

It was a fabulous evening and one that made us all very proud of the incredible talent that exists in our school.

A huge congratulations goes to everyone who took part and a massive thank you needs to be given to all the Heads of House who organised the fabulous event.
