Sycamore House Assembly
It was a privilege to join Sycamore House Assembly on Tuesday morning this week and listen to their Head of House Ms Patel talk about the Theme of the Week Relationships. She encouraged all the students in her house to consider what makes a positive relationship and how treating yourself kindly is a key aspect of building good relationships with others.
One of our key values of respect underpins every healthy relationship and, as well as this, it is important to trust each other and also sometimes accept that failure happens but it is important to move on and learn from this for the future.
One of the highlights of her inspiring assembly was celebrating together the superb attendance that the whole house has achieved, being top of the league tables again! We also gave a thoroughly deserved round of applause to Arthur and Isaac for ‘Best Attendance’ and ‘Best Attitude to Learning’.
It was a very positive assembly and made for a great start to the day for everyone in Sycamore House.
