Forty of our year 11 students were treated to hot chocolate and pastries in the sixth form centre on Wednesday morning as part of our Flair initiative to receive a ‘Shine in Maths’ session from Mr Donovan.
Hot topics were discussed such as circle theorems, A’level choices and extra curricular support programmes. Our students were engaged as always and offered answers to questions as well as advice and tips for one another.
The group met again on Friday for a Sparkle in Science session with Mr Charmokly and will be Shimmering in English with Mr Dawson next Tuesday! We will share news of the Friday and Tuesday sessions next week.
