Feedback from Parent Meetings
Thanks again to all the parents who attended our meetings last week. We’ve now collated the feedback and summarised the key discussion points and suggestions. Several themes have emerged, such as sharing curriculum information, reports, parents’ evenings, consistency around behaviour and also improvements to communication processes.
We’ve already been able to implement some “quick fixes” in response to the points you raised.
  • C4 and C5 detentions now visible on Arbor calendar.
  • Updated list of CDCs on Website and Newsletter.
  • Curriculum “maps” shared on the website for every subject.
  • Appointment of a new Assistant Pastoral Manager and Pastoral Support Officer to increase capacity in the pastoral team.
  • Follow up parent meeting planned for Summer term.
  • Opportunities for parents to come into school for coffee morning and watch assembly for each year group during the week of 9 June (further details to follow).
Our Senior Leadership Team will now continue to focus on the bigger, long-term aspects. We appreciate your input and look forward to working together in the future, and to keeping you updated on further progress.
