16 days until Mrs Jackson runs the London...

After over 600 km covered in training, I am just 16 short days away from running my first marathon for Asthma+Lung UK!

On Friday 30th September I will be holding a bake sale in the student and staff areas during break and lunch to raise funds for the cause. Please can staff and students bring cash that day so that you can purchase some delectable items to support the cause should you wish to do so.

Alternatively, if you would like to make a donation online please use my JustGiving link: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/sarah-jackson154

I would like to express my gratitude to staff and families who have already very kindly donated to my fundraiser, it is greatly appreciated!

Many people will know that this is a cause close to my heart. The statistics featured in the article are staggering, while this reflects the current reality for people with lung conditions in the UK, with your support this doesn’t have to be the future.

With your donations, Asthma+Lung UK seek to:

  • triple funding for life saving research
  • fight for clean air throughout the UK
  • ensure that diagnosis, treatment & support are provided as quickly as possible
  • ensure that the voices of people with lung conditions are heard.

Thanks for your support.
