It was a privilege to walk through Year 8 Design and Technology lessons last week and see all students really engaged in learning and developing some excellent industry-based skills.

Students were very proud to show me their superb electronic light circuits and superbly designed cushions, intended to promote an Design Exhibition and be available for customers to purchase after attending the event.

Engagement was high, behaviour for learning excellent and lots of progress was being made.

I would like to thank the teachers for their hard work and creativity in planning such great lessons.
