Mrs Hughes, Head of Ash House, started the week leading an assembly for Ash House on the theme of Positive Wellbeing.
Mrs Hughes gave some top tips for the students on how to help personal wellbeing and how to build this into a daily timetable.
The students in Ash House then took part in a variety of activities in their vertical character development groups focused on the wellbeing theme.
