All of our year 10 students had the opportunity to experience the workplace for the week this month.

Most students thoroughly enjoyed the change of routine and being given the opportunity to try new skills in the workplace, such as self-confidence, communication, independence and teamwork, depending on what kind of placement they did.

This year we had a record number of students finding the own placements which lead to working in some amazing industries from the Barbican library, catering, education, hairdressing, dog grooming, engineering, retail, Royal Air Force Museum, Mercedes, pharmacies, adult day care and a Hedge fund company in AMSTERDAM just to name a few !!!
