DLD Day – Friday 18th October

At the end of last week it was great to hear the Friday Faculty Foci led by our hugely experienced SEN Lead Teacher Mrs Bevil-Gahan and Specialist Resource Coordinator Miss Coombs on the subject of Developmental Language Disorder. The presentation was very informative and a great way to receive advice about how to support all students, in and outside of lessons, who might struggle with processing auditory information.

The presentation coincided with DLD Day on the 18th of October, so was really timely and a good reminder about how we as a staff can be inclusive in this key area.
