Elm House – Encouraged and Challenged!
Elm House are extremely fortunate to have a very inspiring Head of House in Mr Cox. He always encourages them, but also challenges them to be the best they can be – the best students, the most active and ultimately the best House in the school.
The Theme of Participation underpinned his assembly on Wednesday of this week and he provided really good reasons as to why students should participate in some of the amazing opportunities on offer at our school – from joining clubs, taking part in sport, or drama and music, or all the fun House events, to going on the next School Ski Trip in 2025 or the hugely exciting World Challenge Expedition to Peru in 2026.
He also reminded all students in Elm House to bring in at least 1 item for the Foodbank Collection taking place this week and next; do encourage your children to contribute and help those in our community who are perhaps less fortunate than ourselves.
