Year 12 take part in the ‘Kindness Matters Programme’. This sees them going into a lesson of their choice weekly to assist the teacher and students in their learning. The younger students really enjoy having the older ones in the room, they get to ask for support and gert to build positive relationships with pupils they would not normally interact with. In turn it gives the Year 12s an opportunity to take on some responsibility and inspire younger students in a subject they are passionate about.
