Lesson observations

As part of teachers continuing professional development we are constantly observing and feeding back to each other.

It was lovely today to get out from the science block and see some music lessons in action. It was great to see the enthusiasm of the students to perform to each other and them developing the skills to peer assess each other constructively.
In the GCSE lesson the relationships between the students was clearly evident as they coached each other through new concepts and challenging the teacher to ask them more and more complex questions.
