Road Safety around BMS

It has been wonderful to welcome back all our students to school this week and get back to learning within the classroom.

As you are aware, we have slightly staggered the end of school times for students to try and alleviate any overcrowding at the main gates and would ask our parents and carers to support this by arranging to collect students away from the main entrances of the school.
As a reminder to all parents and carers, please:
  • do not park or stop on the yellow zig zags at the main entrance
  • do not pull into the entrance gates on Coldharbour Lane
  • do not pull into the entrance gates of our neighbouring school Meadow Wood
  • park with consideration for our neighbours by not pulling into their driveways or blocking the entrance to their driveway
  • drive slowly with due care and consideration along Coldharbour Lane to allow students to cross roads in safety
Please do use the suggested locations to park a little further away from the school as part of our ‘Park and Stride’ initiative.
Many thanks to all the Parents and Carers who always park with consideration of others.
