PLCs at BMS

Tracking the achievement and progress of learning is an embedded practice across our school. It was good to be reminded of this by Deputy Head of Faculty for Maths Ms Selliah in a Staff Briefing Meeting just before the holidays.

She showcased her very visual spreadsheet showing work completion and highlighting areas for further improvement, which could be targeted through lessons and specific bespoke revision sessions.

Personalised Learning Checklists or PLCs help our students maximise their achievement by targeting the problem questions to improve.

Working smartly is key!
