Learning Support Information Evening

It was lovely to welcome so many parents and carers to our Learning Support Information Evening hosted in the Main Hall by our outstanding SENDCo Roa Dillon who is one of the key leaders in our school.

Overseeing one of the largest faculties at Bushey Meads, she was able to introduce some of her staff, many of them carrying important responsibilities within the faculty and also acting as the main focal point of contact for parents and carers.

She highlighted the important information on the website and spoke about links with external agencies in the local area that families can access for additional help.

At the end of the evening it was lovely to see so many families waiting around to speak to one another and also the staff at the staff.

Working together we aim to constantly improve the support we provide for all the young people in our care and are hoping as many parents and carers complete the questionnaire circulated at the start of the evening enabling feedback to be given.
