It is not just our physical health that we need to be aware of but also our mental health which is just, as if not more, important.
As you will know, Mental Health day was October 10th this year. As a school we have mental health champions, there is also a meeting in L8 at lunchtime from 13:20 – 14:00 on a Wednesday.
There are also many people you can talk to if you are feeling unsettled/anxious or worried within the Pastoral Team or wider staff body.
Below is a small exercise you can do to help you calm and recentre yourself:-
Take notice of how your chest and stomach rises and falls, notice how your body begins to relax, continue this exercise for 10 minutes
